Does PoolSense require a long-term contract?
No. Our service plans are month-to-month. You can discontinue service at any point in time. We just kindly ask that you provide us with 30 days advance notice
How will I be billed?
Our customers are auto-billed on the 1st day of each month. For convenience, we offer two auto-pay options, either credit card or ACH (bank draft).
Are filter cleans included in my monthly rate?
Our monthly service rate does not include filter cleans. We perform filter cleans on a quarterly basis for all of our customers, and we bill for those separate from the monthly service charges once the filter clean is performed.
Are chemicals included in my monthly rate?
All standard chemicals (such as chlorine and acid) are included in the monthly service rate. However, we use specialty chemicals in your pool on a weekly basis (such as conditioner, algaecide, and water clarifiers). We bill on a semi-annual basis for those specialty chemicals at a rate that varies depending on the size of your pool.
